About 700 letters for patients of a Kalamazoo hospital have been sent to the wrong addresses. MLive.com reports Friday that the letters were meant for Borgess Rheumatology patients. Faulty valve causes overflow

Three Rivers Wastewater Treatment Plant personnel discovered a faulty air-release valve at 10:20 a.m. Wednesday on South US-131. The malfunctioning piece of equipment had caused a sanitary sewage overflow onto the adjacent roadway.
