Peter Bernard Thurman, age 30, of Leonidas and formerly of Three Rivers, passed away Sunday, February 25, 2024 at his home.
He was born May 8, 1993, in Three Rivers, the son of Audrey (Thurman) Taylor and graduated from Three Rivers High School with the Class of 2011.
Peter worked at Grand Rental Station and owned his own lawncare business. He loved spending time with family and friends, fishing, and doing off-road activities.
Remaining to cherish his memory are his mother, Audrey (Brian) Taylor; father, Peter Hamilton; siblings, Victoria Thurman, Zachary Taylor, and Beau Taylor; son, Li’Andre Thurman; nephews, Jaydan Thurman and Julian Thurman; uncles and aunts.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Sidney and Beatrice Thurman.
Visitation will be held Friday, March 8, 2024 beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Hohner Funeral Home, 1004 Arnold St., Three Rivers. A funeral service will follow at noon at the funeral home with Pastor LaChanuj Shelton officiating.
Donations in Peter’s memory may be directed to his family in care of Audrey Taylor. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
Pooh will always be in my heart, such a good kid, seems so unreal. Only God knows why he wanted him home but he will never be forgotten.
