Trailer stolen

A utility trailer was reported stolen within the past week from a Mottville Township residence. State police investigators said the 6-by-10-foot trailer was stolen between Nov. 21 and Tuesday from the 10000 block of Cecilia Avenue, state police said. The trailer is black, with a wood deck and aluminum fenders.

Man dies after collision

A Three Rivers man has died nearly a week after he was involved in a two-vehicle accident in Lockport Township. A grant for Central Dispatch

A grant from the Sturgis Area Foundation will help with the purchase of equipment for the county’s Central Dispatch agency. Winter hours

The St. Joseph County Road Commission has announced it is returning to its winter hours starting next week. According to Julie Mayuiers, director of administration, the Centreville-based agency will be open for administrative purposes 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Its summer hours are 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
