Robert W. Grossman, age 80, of Burr Oak, died Thursday, Jan. 15.  According to his wishes, there will be no visitation or services as cremation has taken place.  Arrangements by the Hackman Family Funeral Homes, Rosenberg Chapel.

Esther Ann Doe, age 90 of Sturgis, died Thursday morning, January 15.  The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00P.M. Sunday at the Hackman Family Funeral Homes – Hackman Chapel, in Sturgis, where the Rosary will be recited at 7:30 P.M. Sunday.  The Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 Monday at the Holy Angels Catholic Church in Sturgis.

ONALEE M. HOPKINS, age 91, of White Pigeon died Wednesday evening, January 14.  A memorial service will be held at a later date. The Hackman Family Funeral Homes – Hackman Chapel, Sturgis is handling the arrangements.

James Henry “Hank” Wooster, age 73, of Branch, Mich., and formerly of Sturgis, died Jan. 12.  The funeral was held at the Oak Grove Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Ludington.

Marion Pueschel, 84, of Sturgis, died Wednesday, Jan. 14.  Arrangements will be announced by the Eley Funeral Home in Centreville.

John “Jack” Hawley, 80, of Dixon, IL, formerly of Three Rivers, died Wednesday, Jan. 7.  The funeral will be Saturday, Jan. 17, at Williams-Kampp Funeral Home in Wheaton, IL.

Roger Burnham, 66, of White Pigeon, died Monday, Jan. 12.  Visitation will be at the Farrand Funeral Home Thursday from 11am to 2pm and 6 to 8pm.  Services will be held Friday at 2pm at the funeral home.

Lyle Rutter, age 76, of Sturgis, died unexpectedly Monday, Jan. 12. The family will receive friends and relatives from noon-2 p.m. Thursday at the Hackman Family Funeral Homes, Rosenberg Chapel in Sturgis.  Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Loren Theodore Leeper, age 95, of Sturgis, died Sunday evening, Jan. 11. A graveside service and burial will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Oak Lawn Cemetery in Sturgis. The Hackman Family Funeral Homes – Hackman Chapel in Sturgis is handling the arrangements.

Eunice Fern Fraylick, age 90, of Sturgis, Michigan died Sunday evening, January 11. The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00pm Thursday at the Hackman Family Funeral Homes – Hackman Chapel in Sturgis. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday at the First United Methodist Church in Sturgis.
