Mary J. (Yoder) Yoder, age 65, of rural Centreville, died Friday, Jan. 9.  The family will receive relatives and friends all day Monday at the Double M Building, at 5932l Nottawa Road, Centreville.  Funeral services will be Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. at the Double M. John Pappas, age 68, of Sturgis, died early Sunday morning, Jan. 11.  The family will receive friends from 1 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Hackman Family Funeral Homes Hackman Chapelin Sturgis. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.

Elisabeth C. Smoljo, age 77, of Centreville, died Saturday, January 10.  A memorial funeral mass will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 14, at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Three Rivers.  Arrangements were by the Eickhoff Funeral Home of Mendon.

James Lee “Jim” Armstrong, age 70 of Three Rivers, died Thursday, Jan. 8.  The family will receive friends on Monday, Jan. 12 from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Eickhoff, Farrand, Halverson Chapel in Three Rivers.  Memorial services will begin at 5:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.

Bernard “Bernie” VanDeraa, age 98, of Three Rivers, died Wednesday, Jan. 7.  The family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at 1:00 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 12 at the Hohner Funeral Home.

Barbara Jean Bolz, 74, of Three Rivers, died Tuesday, January 6.  A private memorial service will be held at a later date.  Arrangements by Hohner  Funeral Home.

Dale  Brown, age 62, of Constantine, died Tuesday, January 6th.  Relatives and friends will be received Friday from 12-2 pm   at the Eley Funeral Home in Constantine where religious services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday.

Darryl D. Gottschalk, age 69, of Sturgis, died Tuesday evening, Jan. 6.   A memorial graveside service and burial of the ashes will take place at 11 a.m. Saturday at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Sturgis.  The Hackman Family Funeral Homes in Sturgis is handling the arrangements.

Michael Alan Lung, age 16, of Burr Oak, died Tuesday evening, Jan. 6, due to injuries sustained in an automobile accident.  The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday at the Hackman Family Funeral Homes–Rosenberg Chapel in Sturgis. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Sturgis Wesleyan Church.

Veride Pellot-Perez, 36, of Three Rivers, died December 31.  Visitation will be held Thursday from 4 to 7pm at the Hohner Funeral Home, where services will be held Friday at 11am.
