County commission approves parks and rec millage

St. Joseph County’s board of commissioners have approved a dedicated millage to fund the parks and recreation department. The St. Joseph County Area Narcotics unit found evidence of a marijuana-growing operation at the scene of a Nov. 28 homicide.
