Centreville delays return to in-person learning

Centreville Public Schools has decided to delay in-person learning by one week. In an email to parents, superintendent Stephanie Lemmer stated the district’s board of education agreed to resume in-person learning Jan. 11, one week later than originally planned. Trail cameras stolen in Calhoun County

Michigan State Police troopers are investigating a larceny of multiple trail cameras in Calhoun County’s Homer Township. Investigators said the incident occurred after Nov. 24 in an area of 24 Mile Road near South County Line Road. The trail cameras stolen are tan-colored Wildgame Innovations Mirage cameras and a green Primos HD Game Trail camera.

Man sentenced in murder case

A Three Rivers man was recently sentenced to prison for second-degree murder. Randall Miller, 34, was sentenced to 20 to 60 years for his involvement in the death of Lori Norman, 32.
