Five high school varsity basketball players in southwestern Michigan have been charged in connection with reported sexual assaults involving an underage female schoolmate. Mike Tulley, who has been coaching football at Constantine High School for 25 years, has been named one of the 2016 “Assistant Coaches of the Year” by the Michigan High School Football Coaches Association.
