Increased fee for marriage waiver

Members of the St. Joseph County Board of Commissioners have agreed to increase the fee for a marriage waiver. Cass County Sheriff Joe Underwood Jr. said the suspect behind an armed robbery Tuesday in the unincorporated community of Union remains at large.
