Golf cart stolen in Sherman Township

Michigan State Police troopers are investigating a breaking-and-entering incident that occurred at a location in Sherman Township. According to a department media release, troopers responded last week to the 6700 block of Balk Road. The victim told authorities a golf cart with a white top was stolen from a barn. The theft occurred on or before March 15.

Police investigate theft of catalytic converters

Troopers from Michigan State Police are investigating an incident originating last week in Calhoun County’s Marshall Township. Authorities said two catalytic converters were stolen from vehicles at a business in the 13000 block of 15 Mile Road. The larceny occurred between 5 p.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday.
