Centreville Schools approves budget

Centreville Public Schools Board of Education has approved its 2019-20 general fund budget. Passed by the board of education Tuesday, the budget calls for revenue of $8.5 million and expenditures of $8.3 million, adding more than $135,000 to the fund balance. Sturgis Township Board contributes to protective vests purchase

The Sturgis Township Board recently agreed to contribute toward the purchase of protective vests for its zoning administrator, Randy Schmeling, and its zoning enforcement officer, Joe Wickey. Constantine police are investigating break-ins that occurred in buildings occupied by items owned by Constantine Little League.
