Three Rivers Community Schools was notified Monday that a middle school student tested positive for COVID-19. Michigan State Police troopers are seeking the public’s help for information regarding a suspicious vehicle last weekend in Flowerfield Township. Truck stolen in Constantine Township

A motor-vehicle theft was reported last month in Constantine Township. Sheriff’s deputies were called to the 14000 block of Millers Mill Road in response to the theft of a 1993 Chevy S10 pickup. The victim told authorities the incident occurred between Aug. 1 and 11. The vehicle in question was gray and featured a wooden bed.

Sturgis sets trick-or-treating hours

The city of Sturgis has announced it is moving forward with Halloween trick-or- treating plans next month. City-wide trick-or-treating is set for 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Oct. 31. As recommended by Branch-Hillsdale-St. Joseph County Community Health Agency, residents who participate are asked to practice social distancing and wear a facial covering.
