Four Michigan counties to be sprayed to fight mosquito virus

After a weather-related delay, aerial spraying is planned in four Michigan counties to combat a rare mosquito-borne virus. County unemployment rate down

The August unemployment rate in St. Joseph County was 2.1 percent lower than the previous month. The monthly labor-market analysis by the Michigan Department of Technology, Management and Budget showed the county’s 4.5 percent August unemployment rate marked a decrease from July’s 6.6 percent.
